His experience of more than 20 years in the tax and audit field, as well as his extensive knowledge of the internal processes of the General Directorate of Taxes, makes him an expert in the preparation of Tax Appeals before the Tax Administration and the Superior Administrative Court. He is an expert in managing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Auditing Standards (NIAS).
His specialization in Transfer Pricing in Mexico allows him to advise clients with the highest standards in this area.
Knowing that academic updating is important for the practice of the profession, he has completed master’s studies in Comprehensive Auditing and Management Control, a double degree from the APEC University and the University of Valencia, Spain, and a postgraduate degree in Tax Accounting from the University Autonomous of Santo Domingo. He has received training in Insurance Audits, Construction Sector Taxes, among others.
He is an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, of the Institute of Internal Auditors of the Dominican Republic, Individual Adherent of the AIC, of the College of Accountants of the Dominican Republic and of the National Council of Tax Advisors (CONACI).
